Buffet Catering

I am catering my own wedding. Buffet style. I need a chicken dish for about 50 people.?
I don’t want to have to cook the chicken on top of the stove, I want something I can pop into the oven. That is tasty and not bland. Anyone with a great recipe for chicken.
My other meat is roast beef.
10 Boneless skinless breasts seasoned with salt and pepper
mix together
1 1/2 cups mayo
1/3 cup brown spicy mustard
1/2 cup honey mustard
smear to coat chicken
press into fresh bread crumbs to coat
Bake in shallow pan 325 for 45 min
You can adjust to this any amount you want. Try some for dinner as trial run to let you know what needs to be adjusted. I usually add some cayenne pepper for a little more heat. These can be prepared and placed in large foil pans and put in the fridge the day before baking.
