What food do you put on a catering menu?

Im doing my ict coursework and we have to make a menu but im only 16 so i wouldn’t know any posh food or what kind of food caterers would do .. so if you could give me ideas on starters and appetisers and a few main meals that would be helpful or even if you could copy a link to a catering menu or list that would be good

sandwiches, salads, chips and dip, fried food (hot wings, fries, chicken tenders), mini burgers… finger foods
