Vegetarian Casserole Recipe?
Does anybody know a really good vegetarian casserole receipe?
I want to make dinner for my boyfriend this weekend, and tried looking on-line for really good vegetarian receipes, but most I found contained meat, or some kind of meat sauce??? I don’t get it, why do they call it vegetarian?
Anyways, anybody know any really good and tasty vegetarian casserole receipes????

You can replace meat wtih meat substitues, such as tofu, tempeh, or seitan. As for meat sauce, it depends on the type of sauce. Some recipe websites do not vet the recipes well, which is why some supposedly “vegetarian” recipes are not at all veg.
www.vegweb.com also has great recipes, and you will never ever see a meaty ingredient there, as they screen out nonveg recipes.
