Easter Lunch

This is my first time making Easter Lunch! What are the essentials on everyone’s menus? HELP!!!?
GLAZED BAKED HAM
1 (16 lb.) fully cooked bone-in ham
1/2 c. strained orange marmalade
1 c. dark corn syrup
2 tsp. dry mustard
Whole cloves
Heat oven to 325 degrees. Place ham, fat side up, on rack in shallow roasting pan. Roast in oven 2 hours and 40 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted in center registers 125 to 130 degrees (allow about 10 minutes per pound). While ham is roasting, mix orange marmalade, corn syrup and dry mustard. Remove ham from oven and cut off rind.
Increase oven temperature to 375 degrees. Score ham with sharp knife making diagonal cuts 1/8 inch deep and about 3/4 inch apart in one direction and then a crosswise direction.
Stud ham with cloves and brush with some of the glaze. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, basting frequently with more glaze, until glaze is golden brown. Remove ham to warm serving platter.
APPLE CRISP
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
6 peeled and sliced large apples
3/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
6 t. butter
Combine 1/2 c. sugar, lemon juice, water and cinnamon in bottom of small baking pan. Slice in apples. Blend remaining 1/2 c. sugar, flour, salt and butter until crumbly. Spread over apples and pat smooth. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-50 minutes, until apples are tender and crust is browned. Serve hot with ice cream. This is a good recipe for apple crisp if you don’t like the over-sugary oatmeal taste. It’s basically a rectangular apple pie, but healthier (no lard).
CRANBERRY SAUCE SALAD
1 c. orange juice
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
1 c. nut meats
1 c. cranberry sauce, cut into cubes
1 c. whipped cream
Heat orange juice to a boil. Add Jello, stir to dissolve and let jell a little. Add nut meats and cranberry sauce. Fold in whipped cream. Refrigerate.
BISCUIT SUPREME
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder
2/3 c. milk or cream
1/2 c. shortening or butter
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
2 tsp. sugar or honey
Cut shortening and butter into dry ingredients. Stir in milk. Roll out to 1/2 inch thick. Cut into shapes. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE
2 cans green beans
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/8 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. crushed cheese crackers
In a casserole dish, combine green beans, cream of mushroom soup, pepper, and milk. Bake for 35 minutes at 350. Last 5 minutes add cheese crackers on top.
