I need menu ideas for a brunch wedding reception on the cheap?
I am getting married in a few weeks and still don’t have our brunch reception menu figured out. I know the basics like quiche, rolls, fruits. But what else? Want it to be more than just the basics. But still on the cheap. Any ideas?
You could do an egg casserole or a hashbrown casserole. How about mini sausages, bacon, turkey bacon, or ham? Maybe cinnamin rolls, monkey bread, or bagels and cream cheese. There are a ton of casserole recipes out there.
