What does Easter represent to you?
Over 2000 years today, Jesus christ was crucified for the sins of mankind ( even if you believe or not) and he rose 3 days later after his victory over sin and death.
Althought not in the bible, easter is celebrated today with rituals (lent,ashes,pancakes) and pagans gifts (easter eggs, chocolate bunnies).
How do you celebrate easter (outside the UK) in your country and what does represent to you?

On Easter Sunday I celebrate the gift of the Atonement of Jesus Christ. He died for me, for you, for all of us. It means that I can repent of my sins and be forgiven, because He made this possible. Resurrection gives me faith in eternal life for all of us.
