Private Dining At Home
Is it a good idea to have the living room and family room togather?
We are planning to purchase a decent size home. Today we found one which is 2700 sq ft but the builder has constructed the living room just close to the family room.
More often we notice living room and formal Dining room togather and the family room is kept private. The home price falls right in our budget and we don’t want to miss this opportunity.
Will it cause problems in future when we try to resell the house?
Would it look odd with all the living room and family room furnitures in one large space? Let me know your thoughts. Thanks
u must be rich or somethin cuz my house is 1000 sq ft with 2 rooms.
