Its summer when i do most of my growing what should i eat?
The summer when i do most of my growing, I think im going to hit a growth spurt but i want this one to count. What should i eat to give me the nutrients. PS im 15 my 16th B-day is December 28, I’m about 130lbs about 5’6, with a cut body.
PPS I lift weights, What should i eat to give me the calories for growth and Muscle growth.
Food groups, Meals, Snacks , ETC…

Eat a lot of protein. Stay away from soda, carbs, anything LIGHT. If its white, its not good for you.
