Summer Meals Pictures

I’m 14 and trying to lose weight for modeling?
I’m 14 years old and 122 pounds, 5’10″. Recently I sent in pictures to a modeling agency, and they said they’ll accept me if I can lose 10-20 pounds by the end of this summer. Tips for workouts and diets I could go on? I want to get rid of tummy pudge and maybe get a but while I’m at it, lol
Another thing – I’m hypocglycemic (low blood sugar) so I can’t skip meals or just eat empty carbs. I’m also not willing to purge, ever, that’s nasty.
Tips? I’m desperate here.
By the way, I eat like a pig right now… I get two Big Mac’s every time I go to McDonald’s. All my friends hate me for it.
I’ve never been concerned about my weight before, but I’ve gained pretty rapidly in the past few months. I really want this agency to accept me.
all i really can say for you is to pure, since that is what most models do. no lie. watch how many calories you consume. run daily. or maybe go for something else. i mean you could always be a hooker. lol im sorry that was uncalled for. but yeah all i can say is watch how many calories you consume. one thing you dont want is protein, thats fer sure one thing you dont want. you can have some but dont go around eating a bunch of fish, steak etc. But im free to eat what i want i have a good metabolism which means i burn calories more effciently and store less fat. and these facts show how get a good metabolism
* Our Genes
Some people have a naturally faster metabolism
* Our Age
As we age, our calorie needs decrease. On average it drops 2 per cent each decade.
* Our Muscle-to-Fat Ratio
Muscle cells are about 8 times more metabolically demanding than fat cells. So the greater the our proportion of muscle to fat, the faster our metabolic rate.
* Our Activity Level
Exercise burns calories. Even after we stop exercising, the effect continues. So we burn calories at a faster rate for several hours afterwards.
* How Often We Eat
Our metabolic rate increases during digestion of food, a process known as the Thermal Effect of food. In simple terms, if we go too long without food (5 hours for men; 3 hours for women), our body thinks there is a food shortage and our metabolism tends to slow down.
* Our Health & Nutrition
Metabolism is governed by thousands of separate chemical reactions. To perform this process efficiently, our body needs a constant supply of nutrients. Without these nutrients (like vitamins and minerals, esp. vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6 & vitamin C) metabolism can become inefficient and sluggish. The best way to ensure good dietary nutrition is to follow a balanced diet.
Good Luck
