Summer Meals Italian
Kids meals?
We’re having our wedding this summer, and we do not really have a kid friendly menu. We have about 3 younger kids under ten, and a 14 year old (who doesn’t like either of the two meals we are serving). The place we’re having the reception isn’t exactly kid friendly itself, and I’m wondering if anyone has any ideas on kid meals I could ask the chef to make. He’s an Italian chef by the way and said he can make whatever I’d like.
It’s also a luncheon reception, but the only thing I can think of is chicken tenders or something like that. Any other ideas?
did you already invite the kids? you can leave them off the invite by saying no children please this would make sense because you say it isn’t a kid friendly place.
if you are really sure you want to invite them i would either say chicken tenders or nothing. its rude yes but its your wedding – if you worried about what EVERYONE was going to eat, you would be going nuts! What happens if your Aunt Mary says she doesn’t like it either – would you say “screw her either she eats it or she goes hungry” or “well i think she likes this – we’ll order it just for her.”
