I need simple ideas for a kids’ Halloween party.?
Our local humane society is having a Halloween party for our kids club, they are ages 3-11, and needless to say, our budget is limited. We are all volunteers and we have no problem supplying the treats, just stumped for simple ideas to entertain the kids.

How about painting small pumpkins? A costume parade? Making any kind of craft project–the little ones can decorate a pre-cut paper pumpkin with glitter, crayons, etc, and the bigger ones can make caramel apples–the wraps are kid safe but still fun…how about dunking for apples?
