Pancake Day Game

Could you provide me with some laundry advice?
I have a dark green shirt that has texture. I was watching TV one day and someone threw a pancake at me (don’t ask). I’m guessing because it was greasy it left a stain on the shirt. I thought it I washed it, it would go away. It didn’t. Later, someone told me to use dish washing grease fighting soap, that didn’t work either. That was about 2 years ago. I wear it around the house, but I want to wear it out. I’ve washed it a lot of times, and the stain is still there.
And I just bought a new sweater. I was eating a bbq sandwich and playing a video game. I dropped a piece on it, and now I have a stain. I washed it, and its still there. I’m not a messed person, I have a lot of clothes without stains. Anyone know how to remove them? I imagine the food stain will be easier to remove than the grease stain. Anyways, I’ll be checking back- Thanks!
You’re pretty much screwed on the stain on the shirt…once it has been dried, that stain will NOT come out. For future stains, try a product called “Awesome”. I purchase it at my local 99 cent Store & it has removed week old dried blood, engine grease, etc. Also, Dawn dishwashing liquid is good for oil based stains.
