Summer Meals Low Fat
I’m SUPER fat, and I need some help PLEASE!?? :( ?

I wanna lose about 20 lbs by summer time. Totally realistic goal.

Normally, I eat a lot of fruit, vegetables, vegetarian food (like vegetarian chicken patties) whole wheat/grain bagel thins (100 calories each and no high fructose corn syrup) and low fat dairy products. I don’t calorie count. I eat 3 small meals a few small snacks. Only healthy stuff. I drink green tea and lots of water.

Exercise will be 45 minutes of stair walking which burns roughly 400 – 500 calories.

Is this good?

I’m 5’2″ and 135 – 140 lbs and I wanna be around 117 lbs.

@Mystic – At 5’2″, 135 pounds is overweight! 117 is PERFECTLY healthy! If you’re gonna leave any comment on my question, make it a damn answer and don’t VENT here. Take your anger else where.

Mhmm. kk, so there are many fruits out there that aren’t very famous, and all. But they do promote a “hummingbird” metabolism. The key is that:
When the amount you eat and what you take out (exercise) is equal, then no weight is gained, which is probably the place where you are at.
When more food is eaten than exercise, then you gain weight.
When less food is eaten than exercise, you will lose weight.

You see, although eating healthy will help you lose, food is energy right? so the more you eat, the more you should exercise. I don’t suggest you eat less, that will make you will be unable to open a door, but just exercise more than you eat.
