What does dry Jack “air” mean ? I saw it on a fancy Mexican Restaurant menu.?
I wish I had more info on this one.
Dry Jack( the best made by Vella) is both hand shaped and air dried( aged) like all other aged cheeses.
that’s all I can think it would mean.
