Valentine Day food ideas? For a party!?

I am throwing a Valentine Day Party, and I don’t know what to serve. I don’t want to get pizza, because that’s kind of expansive and I have a kinda low budget. Does anybody have any Valentine Day ideas or recipesfor food that I can use for snacks, deserts, and drinks.
