Valentine’s Dinner Ideas?

Any suggestions? Tommrow is Valentine’s day (of course) and this year I don’t want to go out to eat. I need a whole meal! Any recipes? No alcoholic drinks though, because tommrow will be my 6th month of being pregnant. Im looking for somthing smooth and romantic. I really want this Valentine’s day to be special!
