Make People Feel Important and Make Money At Home Online

Wouldn’t it be great if we could make people like us in an instant? That would be a great tool to have in your arsenal for life and in your money making home business wouldn’t it?

Well let me give you a few secrets that can certainly help this happen. I have been reading a wonderful book by Dale Carnegie called “How To Win Friends and Influence People”. I read it a while ago and am just reading it again now and have decided to use it as one of my life manuals so I thought I would put together a couple of articles to help other work from home internet business owners (or those looking at starting) utilize some of the great principles I have learnt.

In this article you will learn how to make people like you instantly. To do that we need to look at the notion of admiration. Sincere admiration. Other words that should come to mind when we think of admiration should be esteem, approval,regard and affection. These are all things we need to look for in people we come into contact with.

Sure, this may seem a difficult thing to ask when often in our money making home business we are talking to strangers. The thing to remember is that it doesn’t have to be a big thing to admire. It could just be the sound of their voice or where they live. I am not that pessimistic with the world to think that we humans are such selfish people that we would find it that hard to show a little happiness and a bit of sincere appreciation a few times a day without always looking for something in return.

You can easily work a little magic everyday by showing appreciation. It has such power. It feels great to do something as simple as complimenting someone and not have them have to do anything in return for me. Imagine if you could change someones life just by showing them some appreciation.

Wouldn’t that be worth it?

To me that would be worth more than any $$ figure. Dale Carnegie in his book talks about one all-important law of human conduct. I would like to think that this applies in a work from home internet business and life in general. This law states that we should Always make the other person feel important.

In one of my previous articles I noted that this is one of the strongest urges in our human nature, that is, to feel important. The unfortunate truth is that most people that you will meet in your life will feel like they are better than you in some way.

So don’t waste your time trying to show them that they are wrong. Talk to people about the one thing they are ultimately focused on, themselves. Show them sincerely that you recognize their importance and learn from them.

I can remember my mother always telling me to treat people the way I would like to be treated. And that is one of the best tools I take into my business life to make money at home online. I am also now forwarding this onto my children.
