Valentines Night Specials
in or out for valentines?
my boyfriend and I have booked to go out for a meal at an expensive Restaurant on valentines night. we dont have the money for a hotel, and the taxi is going to be a lot too, so we are now thinking maybe we should cook a nice meal and eat in so we can both have a few glasses of wine. does staying in and cooking on valentines seem very unromantic? it is our first valentines together so we want it to be special.
It’s way more fun to stay home and cook a nice meal, enjoy each others company and have some wine. Look, VD is the busiest restaurant day of the year. Very often places get so busy the service is lousy, the kitchen gets backed up and you may wait for your food for a very long time as a result. You’re also just
another customer and since it’s so busy you’ll be not be treated with any special care by the servers. Stay home save the money, you’ll be way happier on the 15th for doing so.
